a semana passada houve mais uma refeição EcoGumelo :) aguardei um pouco mais do que é costume e os cogumelos lá apareceram. (quem espera...).  depois foi improvisar, confesso que no inicio a cenoura e o feijão verde não estavam a inspirar-me nestes rasgos de nouvelle cuisine contudo... voilà!!

estes ciclos tornam-se divertidos e culminam sempre com uma boa refeição, mérito dos cogumelos que ficam muito bons depois de cozinhados e vá, o tempero secreto da chef também não é mau.

last week I had another EcoGumelo meal :) this time I waited more then usual but the mushrooms appeared. then, it was improvising, I may confess that the carrot and the snap bean were not inspiring me for this nouvelle cuisine moments , although... voilà!!
these EcoGumelo cicles are fun and always end up in a great lunch, mushrooms merit, that are very good after cooked and ok... the chef´s secret sauce helps.
