comprei o EcoGumelo para oferecer ao meu pai e ofereci-o na condição de ser eu a “tomar conta” do cogumelo. enquanto estive ausente, foi passar uns dias a casa dele e depois voltou para a minha, onde finalmente o colhi e cozinhei. este cogumelo gourmet é realmente uma ideia muito interessante. apenas vaporizando com água simulando um determinado nível de humidade, acompanhamos o seu desenvolvimento num curto espaço de tempo. cresce de forma muito rápida e esteticamente também é muito interessante observar as suas formas e como a natureza se manifesta na nossa cozinha enquanto andamos por ali embrenhados nas nossas tarefas. por último, como diz o meu avô “é tudo uma questão de tempero” e depois de cozinhados passam com distinção na prova de gustação. é uma experiencia a repetir e a recomendar. por agora vou continuar a vaporizar na expectativa e ver um 2º ciclo de crescimento, parece que podem ir até 3 ciclos.
